Makes me think I’m not the only one who would like to have radiant skin.
We’ve just come out of our winter hibernation, with heating sucking all the moisture and natural oils from our skin and the cold weather creating dry chapped skin. Then there’s the air pollution that soaks into our skin making it as dingy as the air we breathe.
How do you get radiant skin?

Here’s my inexpensive natural tips to creating a healthy radiant glow to my skin.
I know, you hear it all the time – drink your water.
Not only does water detoxify your body, it also detoxifies your skin.
So, drink up.
I recommend that you drink half your body weight in ounces of water per day. If you weigh 150 pounds, drink 75 ounces of water per day. Spice it up with some fruit and/or herbs and enjoy.
You can also accomplish glowing, vibrant skin by adding certain foods to your plate more often — healthy fats and protein are among some of the top ones to consider for great skin.
Here are my favorite top seven foods I eat regularly to have healthy radiant skin.
- Coconut Water & Coconut Oil
- Flax seed
- Dark Chocolate
Adding these organic foods to your plate often, combined with other healthy, whole foods will put you well on your way to beautiful, radiant skin.
