Crispy Brussels Sprouts With Vegan Smoky Aioli Dip
Preheat Air Dryer to 380ᴼ/193ᴼC for 15 minutes
Or
Preheat Oven to 400ᴼF/204ᴼC
Brussel Sprouts Ingredients:
16 ounces Brussels Sprouts
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
Smoky Aioli Ingredients:
½ Cup Vegan Mayo:
1 Teaspoon Red Wine Vinegar
¼ Teaspoon Mince Garlic
1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
Directions:
Chop Brussels Sprouts and toss with 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Sprinkle with Garlic Powder and Black Pepper
Cook Brussels Sprouts
Air Dryer: Cook for 7 minutes, then toss, cook for additional 5 minutes until crispy
Oven: Cook for 20 to 25 minutes until crispy
Smoky Aioli Dip
Mix all ingredients until smooth
