The “Planning” module will teach the basics of meal planning for you and your family. 

The module consists of multiple resources to help you plan your meals for the week ahead. 


Once you have your meals planned, you’ll be ready to go shopping. 

In this module you’ll learn how to select and buy containers for your meals. Storing your food for the week ahead requires containers that will keep your food fresher longer. 

You’ll also learn what to look for when buying sectional containers for individual meal prep. 

Heading to the grocery store can often take a couple of hours of your time. In this module you’ll learn how to plan your grocery shopping trip in way that saves you time and money. 

You’ll have the needed resources within this module that will help you make your shopping trip stress free. 


You’ve planned your meals and bought your groceries, now it’s time to prep your food for the week ahead. 

In this module you’ll learn to use a simple meal prep system that is designed to make meal prepping a regular part of your meal planning.
