I’m Terri King, founder of Balanced Health and You. I struggled with the overwhelm of busyness for most of my adult life. I didn’t know how to prioritize my tasks, because everything was a priority in my way of thinking. I had no idea how to schedule my time or manage my busy schedule.
With four children, who were involved in multiple activities, to running my own business; I was in constant busy overload. Staying up way past midnight and getting up before six in the morning, I was operating in overdrive and my emotional and physical health was quickly deteriorating.
It took me years to figure out how to get control of my busyness. Today I’m free from the stress and overwhelm of living with a schedule that’s out of control. I run my business, play with our grandchildren, take time for self-care, and get plenty of sleep each night.
