Pumpkin Hummus
Fresh homemade Pumpkin Hummus

- 1 15 ounce can Garbanzo Beans
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 2 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoon Tahini
- 2 Tablespoon Avocado Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 2 Dashes Paprika
- 2 Dashes Cayenne Pepper
- 2 Dashes Cumin
Combine all ingredients, except seasonings, in a blender until smooth.
Add seasonings: Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Cumin, to mixture and blend.
Add water if needed to get the consistency desired.
Once blended, stir and place in serving bowl
Add toppings, such as pumpkin seeds or paprika before serving.
