Fresh cranberries and oranges combined to create a delicious holiday relish. For best results, make the cranberry relish a day or two in advance to give the flavors a chance to mingle. When you are ready to serve, allow the prepared relish to reach room temperature or heat it briefly in the microwave (for about 20 seconds) to warm it up a bit.
