Simple Tomato Salad

A quick and easy salad for your summer table.

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Tomato
  • 1 Medium Red Onion
  • 1 Small Bunch Herb of Choice
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  • Slice tomato and onions, mix together in a bowl. Mix in chopped herbs. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix the olive oil and the balsamic vinegar together and drizzle over the tomato and onions.
