Learning together, encouraging each other and being accountable to each; creates a dynamic group of women who energize each other during the program.
Digestive health is not a picnic, and restoring your gut health takes time. As part of a group, you’ll have opportunities to share your excitement and frustrations; as well as being an encourager to others.
