Spaghetti Squash is one veggie that you’ll enjoy in your meal planning.

Low in calories, high in fiber, nutrient rich, and a source of key minerals and vitamins such as manganese, vitamin C and B6.

Add this to your meal planning this week and enjoy.

How to cook Spaghetti Squash:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F / 190 degrees C

Cut spaghetti squash down the center and pull apart in two pieces.

Scoop the center seeds out with a spoon.

Drizzle with Olive Oil and sprinkle with your favorite spices.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

Flip squash upside down on baking sheet so the outside of the squash is facing up.

Place in pre-heated oven and bake for one hour.

Use fork to loosen the spaghetti squash into pasta like strands.

Use as a replacement for your pasta by adding your favorite sauce and toppings.
