How to Become an Action Taker

How to Become An Action Taker

Sharing is caring!

Are you an action taker?

Do you get up in the morning excited about your day, ready to take the plunge to finally attack your health goals and them WHAM – life happens and one more day passes by with little or no action taken.

When I meet with clients, they will discuss their goals, I challenge them to take action and to get back with me on how their week went.

More often than not, I’ll hear how their week went south and what began as a plan of action became a week of no action.

Through many discussions I’ve discovered multiple reasons what prevents people from taking action.

What stops you from taking action with your health goals?

Is it fear? Perhaps you’re waiting for that perfect moment in life when everything is all in alignment. Or maybe you believe you don’t have the support you need from others.

These negative beliefs are holding you back.

Let me share some powerful reasons to release those negative beliefs and become an action taker…

Get Rid of Doubts

Self-doubt will keep you right where you are. Stuck!

You have the desire, but something prevents you from taking real action.

Do this for me, take one small action step forward.  Taking action builds experience and boosts your confidence. It also allows you to discover your strengths that will contribute to your success.

Your Time Is Limited

Hear me – your health does not wait for you to take action.

I’m a firm believer that we really don’t know what is going on inside our bodies.

You don’t know what’s going to happen a month or a year from now.

I’m also a firm believer that we can change our health by taking care of ourselves – eating healthy, taking time for self-care, getting rid of stress, and getting plenty of rest.

Take a deep breath and make the decision to start taking action now. You deserve to be in the best health you can be and that will require you to be an action taker.

Your First Step Will Lead to the Next Step

Your first step toward a healthier you can be the beginning of a life-long habit.

Our problem is that first step. No matter your plans, you must take action to bring them to life.

Once you make that first step, everything else will fall into place. Each step will lead to something new. Think of it as an opportunity to grow and learn.

Let’s say you want to begin an exercise routine that all your friends are participating in, but you know you haven’t exercised in years and this is going to be tough. You find yourself out of your comfort zone, every muscle in your body is screaming for you to stop and you almost give up and throw in the towel.

How easy it would be to call it quits, but let’s focus on how great you’re going to feel when you continue to move forward one step at a time. No, maybe you can’t complete the entire routine on the first try, but day after day will take you closer to your dream.

When you start taking action, you get results.

Develop Lifetime Healthy Habits

Taking action leads to transformation.

How do I know, because I totally transformed my health one step at a time. Was it hard? Yes. Did I have self-doubt? Plenty. Were there times I wanted to throw in the towel? You bet.

This is why I am so passionate to see you succeed. You only fail when you stop taking action. Success comes when you continually take one step at a time. You’ll build confidence in yourself and will transform your health as you move forward.

Are you ready to take action with your health?

Not sure where to start?

Getting started is as easy as contacting me and telling me “Yes, I’m ready to take action.”

Go ahead, make that first step and let’s get you started with achieving your health goals.
