There’s a myth out there that if you stop to take of yourself, you’re being selfish.

Do you believe self-care is selfish?

The sad truth, many put their self-care on the back burner of life and miss the many health benefits from taking care of themselves.

Priority 1

You are Priority Number ONE!

You spend your days rushing from one task to another at work and home only to drop into your bed at midnight, completely exhausted.

The reality is that our society is addicted to speed, see busyness as a status symbol, take care of not only our children, but also our aging parent(s), and work as many hours as possible.

All without being selfish?

What if you could…

  • Stop feeling exhausted
  • Stop the moodiness
  • Stop neglecting your basic needs
  • Stop doing for everyone else

And what’s more, what if I told you that your relationships will grow stronger because of self-care?

Are you a stressed and overwhelmed

  • Mature woman who struggles with anxiety, distractibility, anger, and fatigue?
  • Mom who struggles with anxiety, distractibility, anger, and fatigue?
  • Caregiver who struggles with anxiety, distractibility, anger, and fatigue?

Self-Care Is Needed Now More Than Ever

How easy is it for you to put yourself first?

As few as 32% of women practice self-care, yet, more than a billion searches are made on the topic of self-care each month.

Why? Guilt.

Women feel guilty when they spend time on themselves.

WOW!!!!

Ask your bestie about their self-care routine and listen to their reasons why they do not take time for their own self-care.

What are your reasons?

What would happen if you tossed all your reasons out the window and took control of your self-care?

That’s exactly what you can do when you take action with this…

Taking Care of You Self-Care eCourse

I know what you’re probably thinking.

“I don’t have an extra minute in my day for myself, and you want me to dedicate part of my day for me? Are you crazy?”

If you think you’ll be spending weekends at the day spa, your afternoons strolling through the park, and your evenings soaking in a hot bubble bath with candles glowing, then let me introduce to you real life self-care.

Here’s the truth: You can practice self-care in as little as 10 minutes a day. I spend about 20 minutes each day on my own self-care, but it wasn’t always that way. There was a time when I spent zero time on my self-care. ZERO!

Talk about stress, irritability, weight gain, anger issues, exhaustion, and poor health; I had it all.

Not today. I can now recognize when I need to STOP and apply some self-care to my life, and here’s why:

I’m Worthy of Taking Care of Me

Over the past few years my stress levels are at their lowest levels, I no longer get irritable over the least little thing, I’m well rested, and have more energy. Plus, my weight is no longer a problem.

Why?

Two reasons:

I begin each morning with a time of prayer and devotion. This gets my mind and soul ready for the day ahead.

More importantly, as I go through my day I’ve learned to recognize when I need to step aside and spend some time on “me” and let go of the stress of the moment.

I know that I’m worthy of self-care.

I never feel that I’m being selfish.

I recognize when I need to take time for me.

I began my self-care journey when I recognized that I am worthy, and this is what I’m teaching you inside this Taking Care of You eCourse.
