Here's how the Resolution Refresh Works

Resolution Refresh Guide

You’ll receive a digital workbook that will encourage you to refresh 5 habits over the course of 5 weeks.

Each week you will add a healthy habit to your life while turning from an unhealthy habit.

You’ll do a “Deep Dive” about your new healthy habit to help make this a lasting healthy habit. 

One-on-One Coaching Option

When you choose the One-on-One Coaching option, you’ll receive two twenty-minute virtual sessions with me. 

Session 1: We’ll meet at the beginning of the course to review the workbook for you to set your intentions over the next five weeks.

Session 2: We’ll meet at the end of the five weeks to review where you are with your goals, looking at what worked for you.
